The problem (and there isn't many) with living here in Queensland is that we get mould growing quite quickly which can be unsightly and very slippery. In todays world of litigation in the event of an accident like a fall on a slippery service, then it's up to the complex to be able to prove they have a maintenance program in place to do their best to manage the slippery surfaces.
